Account deletion

Request deletion for customer, seller, or driver accounts.

Submit the form and our team will verify your identity, confirm any open orders or payouts, and complete deletion within 30 days.

How it works

  1. Choose your account type and share contact details.
  2. We verify ownership via email or phone.
  3. Account and app data are removed once verification is complete.

Data deleted

  • Profile details, saved addresses, and preferences.
  • Stored payment tokens and notification settings.
  • Active sessions, device identifiers, and app history.

Data retained

Transaction records, invoices, and tax or payout documents are retained for up to 7 years to comply with legal and fraud-prevention obligations.
